اے ہمارے رب! ہم سے (یہ عمل) قبول فرما، بیشک تو ہی سننے والا، جاننے والا ہے۔
"Our Lord! Accept (this service) from us: For Thou art the All-Hearing, the All-knowing."

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں دنیا میں بھلائی دے اور آخرت میں بھی بھلائی دے اور ہمیں آگ کے عذاب سے بچا۔
"Our Lord! Give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and defend us from the torment of the Fire!"

رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ
اے ہمارے رب! ہم پر صبر انڈیل دے اور ہمارے قدم جمائے رکھ اور کافر قوم کے مقابلے میں ہماری مدد فرما۔
"Our Lord! Pour out constancy on us and make our steps firm: Help us against those that reject faith."

رَبَّنَا لاَ تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا
اے ہمارے رب! اگر ہم بھول جائیں یا چوک جائیں تو ہماری گرفت نہ فرما۔
"Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget or fall into error."

رَبَّنَا وَلاَ تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِنَا
اے ہمارے رب! اور ہم پر وہ بوجھ نہ ڈال جیسا تو نے ہم سے پہلے لوگوں پر ڈالا تھا۔
"Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden like that which Thou didst lay on those before us."

رَبَّنَا لاَ تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً
اے ہمارے رب! ہدایت دینے کے بعد ہمارے دلوں کو ٹیڑھا نہ کر اور ہمیں اپنے پاس سے رحمت عطا کر۔
"Our Lord! Let not our hearts deviate now after Thou hast guided us, but grant us mercy from Thine own Presence."

رَبَّنَا إِنَّنَا آمَنَّا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
اے ہمارے رب! ہم ایمان لائے، سو ہمارے گناہ بخش دے اور ہمیں آگ کے عذاب سے بچا۔
"Our Lord! We have indeed believed: forgive us, then, our sins, and save us from the agony of the Fire."

رَبَّنَا آمَنَّا بِمَا أَنزَلْتَ وَاتَّبَعْنَا الرَّسُولَ فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ
اے ہمارے رب! ہم اس پر ایمان لائے جو تو نے نازل کیا اور ہم نے رسول کی پیروی کی، پس ہمیں گواہی دینے والوں کے ساتھ لکھ لے۔
"Our Lord! We believe in what Thou hast revealed, and we follow the Messenger. Then write us down among those who bear witness."

Recite when seeking firmness in duty
رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَإِسْرَافَنَا فِي أَمْرِنَا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا
اے ہمارے رب! ہمارے گناہ بخش دے اور ہمارے کام میں جو ہم سے زیادتی ہوئی اور ہمارے قدم جمائے رکھ۔
"Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and anything We may have done that transgressed our duty: Establish our feet firmly."

رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هَذا بَاطِلاً سُبْحَانَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
اے ہمارے رب! تو نے یہ سب بے مقصد پیدا نہیں کیا، تو پاک ہے، پس ہمیں آگ کے عذاب سے بچا۔
"Our Lord! Not for naught Hast Thou created (all) this! Glory to Thee! Give us salvation from the penalty of the Fire."

Dua of Adam (AS) for forgiveness
رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
اے ہمارے رب! ہم نے اپنی جانوں پر ظلم کیا اور اگر تو نے ہماری مغفرت نہ کی تو ہم خسارہ پانے والوں میں سے ہو جائیں گے۔
"Our Lord! We have wronged our own souls: If thou forgive us not and bestow not upon us Thy Mercy, we shall certainly be lost."

رَبَّنَا لاَ تَجْعَلْنَا مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ

"Our Lord! Send us not to the company of the wrong-doers."

"Our Lord! Pour out on us patience and constancy, and take our souls unto thee as Muslims."

"Our Lord! Make us not a trial for those who practise oppression."

رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ تَعْلَمُ مَا نُخْفِي وَمَا نُعْلِنُ

"Our Lord! Truly Thou dost know what we conceal and what we reveal."

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً وَهَيِّئْ لَنَا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا رَشَدًا
اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں اپنے پاس سے رحمت عطا کر اور ہمارے کام میں درستگی پیدا کر۔
"Our Lord! Bestow on us Mercy from Thyself, and dispose of our affair for us in the right way!"

رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں ہماری بیویوں اور ہماری اولاد سے آنکھوں کی ٹھنڈک عطا فرما۔
"Our Lord! Grant unto us wives and offspring who will be the comfort of our eyes."

رَبَّنَا لَغَفُورٌ شَكُورٌ

"Our Lord! Thy Reach is over all things, in Mercy and Knowledge."

رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلِإِخْوَانِنَا الَّذِينَ سَبَقُونَا بِالْإِيمَانِ
اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں اور ہمارے ان بھائیوں کو بخش دے جو ہم سے پہلے ایمان لائے۔
"Our Lord! Forgive us, and our brethren who came before us into the Faith."

Tawakkul
For complete trust in Allah
رَبَّنَا عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ أَنَبْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ
اے ہمارے رب! ہم نے تجھی پر بھروسہ کیا اور تیری ہی طرف رجوع کیا اور تیری ہی طرف لوٹنا ہے۔
"Our Lord! In Thee do we trust, and to Thee do we turn in repentance: to Thee is (our) Final Goal."

رَبَّنَا أَتْمِمْ لَنَا نُورَنَا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
اے ہمارے رب! ہمارے لیے ہمارا نور مکمل فرما اور ہمیں بخش دے، بیشک تو ہر چیز پر قادر ہے۔
"Our Lord! Perfect our Light for us, and grant us Forgiveness: for Thou hast power over all things."

رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلاَةِ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِي رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَاءِ
اے میرے رب! مجھے نماز قائم کرنے والا بنا اور میری اولاد میں سے بھی، اے ہمارے رب! اور میری دعا قبول فرما۔
"O my Lord! make me one who establishes regular Prayer, and also (raise such) among my offspring O our Lord! and accept Thou my Prayer."

رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ
اے ہمارے رب! مجھے اور میرے والدین کو اور مومنوں کو بخش دے جس دن حساب قائم ہو گا۔
"O our Lord! cover (us) with Thy Forgiveness - me, my parents, and (all) Believers, on the Day that the Reckoning will be established!"

أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
مجھے تکلیف پہنچی ہے اور تو سب رحم کرنے والوں سے بڑھ کر رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
"Adversity has touched me, and you are the Most Merciful of all those who show mercy."

تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، تو پاک ہے، بیشک میں ظالموں میں سے تھا۔
"There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers."

"My Lord, let me land at a blessed landing place, and You are the best to accommodate."

رَّبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ رَبِّ أَن يَحْضُرُونِ
اے میرے رب! میں شیطانوں کے وسوسوں سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں اور اس سے بھی کہ وہ میرے پاس آئیں۔
"My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the incitements of the devils, And I seek refuge in You, my Lord, lest they be present with me."

"My Lord, grant me authority and join me with the righteous."

"Our Lord, make us not [objects of] trial for the disbelievers and forgive us."

تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لیے ہیں جس نے ہمیں مارنے (سلانے) کے بعد زندہ (بیدار) کیا اور اسی کی طرف لوٹ کر جانا ہے۔
"Praise is to Allah Who gives us life after He has caused us to die and to Him is the return."

پاک ہے وہ ذات جس نے اس (سواری) کو ہمارے بس میں کر دیا حالانکہ ہم اسے قابو میں لانے کی طاقت نہ رکھتے تھے۔
"Glory to Him Who has subjected this to us, and we could not have [otherwise] subdued it."

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ، وَلاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ
اللہ کے نام سے، میں نے اللہ پر بھروسہ کیا، اور گناہوں سے بچنے اور نیکی کرنے کی طاقت اللہ ہی کی طرف سے ہے۔
"In the Name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah, there is no might and no power except by Allah."

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ
اے اللہ! میں تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں فکر اور غم سے، عاجزی اور سستی سے۔
"O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness."

"Praise be to Allah Who has fed us and given us drink and made us Muslims."

لاَ بَأْسَ طَهُورٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ
کوئی گھبراہٹ نہیں، یہ (بیماری) انشاء اللہ گناہوں سے پاک کرنے والی ہے۔
"No need to worry. It (this sickness) is a purification (for sins), if Allah wills."

اے اللہ تو ہی میرا رب ہے، تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، تو نے مجھے پیدا کیا اور میں تیرا بندہ ہوں۔

اللَّهُمَّ اكْفِنِي بِحَلاَلِكَ عَنْ حَرَامِكَ وَأَغْنِنِي بِفَضْلِكَ عَمَّنْ سِوَاكَ
اے اللہ! مجھے اپنے حلال کے ذریعے اپنے حرام سے بے نیاز کر دے۔
"O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful against Your prohibited, and make me independent of all those besides You."
